Focus pokus!

28/10/2008 I became official gym member of the genting klang elite gym.. For the past few days i've been gyming almost everyday.. 5 times in a week.. First record broken! I hope i can keep it up.. 30 minutes weight training + 30 minutes of cardio.. Heard that tis is the best way to burn fat , increase metabolic rate and at the same time build muscle. Fortunately I still have a gym kaki to pui me go almost everyday if not i tink i'll lose interest v soon.

Dey always say that if u wanna succed, firstly u hafto make short term goals.. Long term ones are important too but setting one which is hard to achieve within a short period of time can sometimes be intimidating...

Shorterm goals of the month

1. Able to do a whole body lift
2. Able to do full push ups x10
3. Hope to see the vertical body line !

Dont u tink the line is dam sexy??

For now I do have a vvvv faint line..Not enuf ab training i guess.. I'll definitely add more training on that! In a month or so with perserverance results will show gua???!?!?!

U'll never noe .. Huh... wish me luck!

hahaha. well, don't focus too much on fat loss because u'll look like a stick. try some light compound weightlifting moves, and eat more protein like chicken breasts and eggs. all the best :)
