Monday

You could start the week with a glass of orange juice and a large bowl of cereal with semi-skimmed milk and one tablespoon of raisins for a tasty breakfast.

Mid-morning snack

  • Pot of low-fat rice pudding
  • Drink of squash
  • Lunch
    • Jacket potato with a teaspoon of margarine or butter and baked beans
    • Carton of apple juice
    • One handful of grapes
    Snack
    • Two slices of malt loaf with margarine/butter
    Dinner
    • Pork or chicken stir-fried with broccoli and peppers, with boiled rice or noodles
    • Pot of fruit yoghurt or fromage frais

    Tuesday

    orange juice

    Kick off your Tuesday with a glass of orange juice then have a soft-boiled egg and two slices of wholemeal toast with margarine or butter.

    Mid-morning snack
    • One banana
    • Drink of water or squash
    Lunch
    • Tuna, sweetcorn and pasta salad
    • Bottle of water or carton of orange juice

    Wednesday

    • Wholemeal pitta bread stuffed with roast chicken and coleslaw

    • Oatcakes, houmous, raw carrots, cherry tomatoes, strips of red pepper
    • Flavoured yoghurt drink
    Dinner
    • Veggie burger with jacket potato, ratatouille and a tablespoon of grated cheese
    • Sliced banana with one scoop of ice cream

    Friday

    Have a fruity Friday by eating an apple for breakfast with a glass of pineapple or orange juice, followed by a bowl of muesli with semi-skimmed milk.

  • Yoghurt drink
  • Lunch
    • Boiled egg and cress sandwich on wholemeal bread
    • Bottle of water or carton of pineapple juice
    • Small box of raisins
    Snack
    • Slice of banana or carrot cake
    • Glass of chocolate-flavoured milk
    Dinner
    • Pasta with turkey, peas and sweetcorn
    • Pot of fruit yoghurt or fromage frais

    Saturday

    The weekend starts here, so rustle up two eggs (boiled, scrambled or poached), two slices of wholemeal or granary toast with spread of your choice and have a glass of orange juice.

    • Chicken tikka and salad wrap
    • Bottle of water or carton of apple juice
    • Two plums
    Snack
    • Chocolate and banana smoothie (place one sliced banana, two teaspoons of drinking chocolate, 150ml of semi-skimmed milk and 150ml of yoghurt in a blender, and purée until smooth)
    Dinner
    • Homemade beefburger (made with lean beef), oven chips, peas and a corn on the cob
    • Fresh fruit salad including a satsuma, an apple, a handful of grapes and a pear

    Sunday

    Enjoy a leisurely Sunday breakfast by tucking into a grilled bacon and tomato sandwich with granary or wholemeal toast and a banana smoothie (place one sliced banana, 150ml of semi-skimmed milk and 150ml of yoghurt in a blender, and purée until smooth).

    Gym!

    Hoho.. Recently my friends and I started visiting the gym again.. Last last sem i used to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. We only started going again last wed n today but the muscles are surfacing again ! woots~~ :D

    To me gym is a fun place because i can release tension there and also do many different types of exercises.. Normally i just go opposite my condo to jog.. Ytd i went around some taman around setapak to cycle and exercise.. was fun too but hope there are more ppl to join me soon.. Trying to influence more ppl to join the biking community haha.. Ivan's muscles are improving compared to last time.. Well for me i hope they form nicer shapes rather than bulging ones..

    Ppl always mistaken that all fats are BAD.. Actually there are bad fats and good fats.. Saturated fats are the ones we need to watch out for.They raise cholesterol and can block up the arteries to the heart. So instead of having saturated fat we should have fats that are high in polyunsaturates and monounsaturates instead.

    Food that contains Saturated fats are like fried food, pastry, cakes and biscuits, sausages and so on... Where as food that contains good unsaturated fats are oily fish(salmon), nuts,seeds,avocados, sunflower, rapeseed and olive oil spreads and vegetable oils.

    Here is how to judge the food label to c whether the food contains too much fat or not..
    High is more than 20g fat per 100g
    Low is 3g fat or less per 100g

    Here is how to determine how much SATURATED fat in the food
    High is more than 5g saturates per 100g
    Low is 1.5g saturates or less per 100g

    Happy bday to my Lou Gong zai.. wooo

    Ppl always say that good news come in pairs... They are dam right ! Ytd was a very memorable day... It was Ivan's Bday and also my new bike's bday.. hoho..

    Happy happy 20th bday o~~~ no more nine-'teen' dy... ( Learned this frm his fren Luke Skywalker =P ) Morning we both attended cls until 12 smth.. den he came over to fetch me to Jusco to celeb wif his 3 cute cute frens, Charis , Luke and Shane at Secret Recipe.. Ordered quite a variety of cakes , spaghetti and cordon bleu.. The 3 of them entertained us wif their perverted jokes... =P

    After Jusco we headed for our search of the bicycle shop i found online.. Its called WMS adventure, located in Wangsa Melawati which is near carefour~~ When i first stepped into the shop i already had my eyes on this baby.. After asking some other models we managed to short list them into this LeRun Advance and another GTA bike.. The GTA bike is rm380 wif front suspension , double walled rims and aluminum body where as my this LeRun is rm330 without that 3 features.. But this LeRun is much lighter n easier to control so it suits me more bah :p

    Nightfall~ We waited for the jam subside.. So we left at 9pm lol.. original plan was 8.. as usual la owiz late de =P Destination -> Look out Cafe. Got lost half way.. Bro mistaken carefour for tesco.. made us went in circles for half n hour.. Anyway we managed to get our arses up there before 11.. The 'hill' was freaking cold and misty~~ cold breeze kept sweeping pass my face the whole nite.. Luckily Ivan had his alien jacket in the car which saved my life.. haha.. The view up there was fantastic! Best night scenery I've experienced so far.. We had our dinner at Gasoline, sat by the edge of the hill tat overlooks the KL cityEverything was NICE tat night.. We wore nice clothes, had nice food, nice scenery, nice weather and also took nice photos ... :D

    The Long Drive

    4/5/08 midnite -> Petrol price went SKY HIGHH!!! Tat nite after dinner Ivan n I drove our cars over to petronas (bhind MU) to pump full tank.. When we got there.. I couldnt even have a chance to peek into the petrol station as it was congested like hell .. After maneuvering the car around for a few minutes we came to a dead stop.. the freaking petrol station was packed wif loads of cars.. Waited for 5 minutes den we gave up.. drove over to a nearby shell station just bside the mrr2 highway.. There we managed to pump our cars to full tank in less than 15 minutes.. Thinking that we've saved alot of time after avoiding the jam at Petronas, we headed off happily exiting at the nex mrr2 exit to make a U-turn back to our condo.. Den the bright bright lights of a tol shined at us .. there were 2 exits.. 1 wif tol 1 without tol.. Duno what went thru our heads tat time.. We took the 1 wif BRIGHT LIGHTS!! (TOL la ) "rm5 pls" said the tol staff.. I was like, WTF? SHIT LO.. coz if tol so ex means the journey to the nex exit can only be explained by One word - FARRRRRRRRR.. Only then i realized that we had gone up to Karak highway.. which is the 1 to Karak, Kuantan and of course, GENTING HIGHLANDS.. o.O!!! O crap.. Drive drive drive for around 30 minutes we found ourselves at the Genting's foot hill.. The place near skyway's station... AHhhh... Finally managed to make a U-turn and we parked at one side to take in a deep breathe ( the air was cold ^^) and enjoy abit of the scenery~

    Btw on the way back to the same tol.. I had to pay another rm5 ... ZZzzzzZzzz.. Total journey all together = 40+km ..Total Tol money = rm10. Lost 1 bar of petrol after that.. WTH I GO RUSH TO PUMP FULL TANK FOR WHAT... AHH...

    Was a stupid but can make me lol until now de experiece ... o.O To comfort ourselves -> at least we confirm know how to get our arses up to genting now! :D

    Yesterday we've decided to celeb ya peng's bday by opening meiyi's expensive milk+vanilla+chocolate+cofee+alcohol thingy that she bought during her London trip.. Den in my mind was what de heck lets just giv her a surprise.. So we went over to secret recipe to choose 6 slices of different cakes and waited for the ' fish to come for its bait'.. the fish (ya peng) rung my house bell at 7.00pm ... We lighted the candles and sang her a bday song right at the minute she stepped into the house..Bday girl Ya Peng..Act her bday is on 21/5 =P

    ALAKAZAM! GO AWAY U BAD BAD THOUGHTSS

    Here am I wasting my time ... doing nothing..

    Today I had only an hour cls which is from 9-10am.. 1-4pm practical cls canceled.. Came back home.. starred at the walls of my big yet empty room for awhile thinking of wut can i do for the rest of the day? In the end i watched dramas and english series all the way and lazed around until now~~ Ahh... No cls means nth to do dy? hmms~~

    Bumped into Ivan today at the mamak opposite the backdoor.. somehow i have a feeling that we arent a couple like wut 'the couple word' describes.. Feels weird.. I hope this bad feeling will be blown away asap by the strong winds threatening to rain now.. Today is actually the first time i meet ivan together wif some of his frens outside.. And yet he didnt introduce me to them .. Mayb he nids time? or mayb he's jus shy? Or mayb Im just thinking too much.. o.O Suddenly i realize that one of his frens is the 1 tat interviewed me for the OO or TT nite committee a year ago!! Woh no wonder so familiar.. Lagi stress now swt... Hmm today i wore the necklace he gave me.. I wonder he realized it anot .. adui i guess not ba .. hais.. Ahh... Have many thoughts lately.. More thoughts were converted to exciting dreams late at nite where i wake up wif a pounding heart in the morning.. Stupid dreams are engulfing all my energy making me feel tired right after i wake up.. Some VERY DISTURBING headaches keep hitting me from time to time these few days... Must be the extra loads of thoughts floating in my brain ~~ AHhhh....... ALAKAZAM~~!! ELEKEZEM! ILIKIZIM! OLOKOZOM! ULUKUZUM! GO AWAY U DEVIL~~~~~~~~~~~~~ haha

    29/5/08 was a memorable day

    YUP!! It was the day where Ivan and I got together... :D Decided to put this up on my blog since almost every1 noes dy... All also yu jor ma rite... =P


    this is him~~~Ivan NGSZEYI im urs now~~U're mine too..XD lol... Ur bday on nex monday will be a blast! I've prepared some reli great stuffs for ya~~

    Hmm last Friday night had a family dinner at a restaurant in the Curve called Ying Ker Lou.. Food was great but the servings were tiny like crap... Seems like they cater only for small crowds.. The worst part was that they were so stingy abt their chinese tea.. They count by per person.. We had around 10 ppl.. ordered 4 diff types of tea.. each type came along wif 2 cups... we asked for more cups but the waiters were reluctant coz if they giv like an extra cup macam 'potong stim' ..as if we no money to pay o.O My aunt almost quarreled wif them.. haha


    Possing wif 100 aussie dollars frm my mom b4 i go n change it =P



    Rmb my short term goals??? Deadline was 1/6/08.. Was quite succesful!! They were

    1. Reach 55kg by 1st of June(tis is my usual weight)
    - YES!!! i successfully reached 55kg.. means i lost 5kg from 12/5 until 1/6 XD

    1. Thigh(top) reduce by 4cm by 1st of June
    -Oh this was hard.. lol.. but! i still managed to reduce 2cm !

    1. Leg (both) reduce by 2cm by 1st of June
    -Hard too... reduced 1cm

    1. Waist reduce by1 inch by 1st of June
    -definitely accomplished :D

    1. Tummy reduce by 1.5inch by 1st of June
    -Oh yea... ^^

    New Month , New goals!! I'll be flying off to Melbourne on the 24th this month..6th July only back Msia, so looks like my goals shud due by 23/6/08..Here they are :
    1. Reach 53kg !!!!
    2. Arms reduce 1cm
    3. Thighs reduce another 1cm
    4. Legs reduce another 1cm
    5. Waist reduce another 1inch
    6. Tummy another 1inch
    7. Being able to do HIIT jogging for 25 minutes non-stop EASILY
    Its going to be hard coz frm now on coz im aiming to go below my NORMAL weight tat i had for the past 2 years..So... WISH ME LUCK N SUPPORT ME 99!! .. hehe thanks... :D

    Woh.. My diet is getting harder n harder to keep track!!! everytime i go back Ipoh it goes upside down~~
