Exercise!

Havent been exercising much for the past few weeks... few days b4 went swimming and jogging.. Today i hit the gym. Its the gym in my condo itself. Its very convenient coz its just downstairs.. but the downside of it is that its equipment sucks! There are no free weights there and neither a treadmill nor a elliptical machine! geezes... There are only some machines for sit ups, leg curls and bench presses >.<

I really hope that they can do better.. If not nex sem i would have to go to the college gym again.. stupid college gym.. pay rm1.20 per entree for an old, crowded tiny room full of shitty equipments..
And the worst part is, there is a NEW and Canggih gym in the college! But i do not noe why they hide it away from college students and only allow sport science students to use it.. dam..!

Anyway, according to a website I've read, experts say tat we shud do weight training first b4 cardio.. Coz weight training will eat up all the glycogen storage, leaving fats to be consumed by cardio exercises.

So I hit the gym, did some reps of everything, den headed to the stairs to climb back up to my unit. And yes, ppl who noe me noes that i live on the 19th floor! :D So yes, I climbed up 19 flights of stairs as a cardio exercise.. Couldnt go jogging coz it was dam sunny that time.. Well this isnt my 1st time anyway.. ahah

Patience...

Today went to melawati post office to post laju an item to a dear lowyat forumer.. Wahhh u cannot bliv the crowd!! It was total madness in there... like pasar malam.. I took my number at 11.00 AM and realized that there were 100 ppl in front of me!


NO. SEKARANG 1106!!!!

And every1 was equipped wif their parcels.. u noe la parcels nid longer time to process at the counter..


Den suddenly i saw 1 counter at the end there written kaunter khas poslaju.. I ran there to queue up. Yes yes, the counter was for poslaju, but for item PICK UP ONLY... the staff rudely said to me : ' Ini, AmBik Nombor!!!' >.<

So, I went to wangsa to purchase a new game -> Gears of War to cheer myself up and also da bao-ed my lunch..

I rushed back to the post office afraid tat my number will pass...When i reached there , the number stated - 1182.. Zzzz... Still have like 30 ppl in front of me! Swt.. so i ate my lunch in the car coz the post office was stuffy and crowded..


Finally at 12.45pm I've finished everything n headed back home to enjoy my game.... which is now.... :D
Its still installing though.. >.<

Shopping is teh best remedy for boredem :D

Btw here are some dieting myths that were busted... according to bodybuilding.com..

1. Why do we nid to eat every 3 hours - 5 to 6 meals per day??
this keeps the blood sugar lvl stable thoughout the day, controls cravings and prevents
binging, reduces fat storage and keeps the METABOLISM burning hot!

When you hear that someone has a "fast metabolism," this simply means that the person's body is efficiently
using the calories derived from food whether active or at rest.

Here is the thing; eating frequently makes you burn more calories. On the contrary, missing meals immediately slows the metabolism, triggers the body's starvation response and thus sounds the death knell for fat burning.

2. Breakfast should be your largest meal and dinner your smallest. Because you are essentially fasting while you sleep, it is unlikely that your body will store the early morning meal as fat. Conversely, in the evening, the metabolism naturally slows down and is at its absolute slowest when you are asleep.

Accordingly, the body is much more likely to store the calories consumed in a substantial dinner as fat. The general rule here is to eat breakfast early enough so that you can get in all of your required meals with your final meal consumed two to three hours before you go to sleep. Does this require some serious commitment and steadfast dedicateion? You bet. Are the results worth it? No question.

3. Eat less after 3.00pm??
Depending on your own personal schedule, an effective technique and excellent way to taper your calories is to consume all complex carbohydrates before 3:00 in the afternoon. The meals that you consume after this hour should consist of clean protein and legumes.

I'm Back!!!

Im back into blogging~~!! I stopped right after i came back frm aussie cause the homeworks, pressure and exams started pouring in... But all of that have ended! Finally I have some time to post smth here..

Went times square today..Did some cam whoring in the parking lot >.< Watched 'Connected' (Canto Movie). Not bad weh... Gan Giong all the way... as expected from Louis Koo-Teh Handsome black guy :P


Today's 'sau wok' also not bad.. Got myself an Extreme purse and a BodyGlove T shirt :D

Btw, went kopitiam today.. tried their toast+ice cream.. quite good! Really smth new .. and its quite cheap, 4.80 for 4 pieces of wut im holding.. o.O



At night went to genting klang hawker stalls to eat..

This big fat ass plate of wantan mee + sui gao only rm5 !! SO MUCH! Dai dou lan hahahaha
And, It tasted dam gud too ( Popo's chilli sauce was great! )

Oh ya.. New update, I sold my old 19inch n exchanged it wif a 22 !!! :D
